Ross Bindon Ross is the Founder and Executive Director of Ross Bindon Ltd, responsible for overseeing all works and projects. A trade qualified carpenter with 43 years of experience in the construction industry, Ross’ commitment to the building industry has seen him onto the Carpentry Apprenticeship’s Advisory Committee at Unitec Applied Technology Institute, Auckland, NZ. Yvonne Bindon Yvonne is Co–Founder, Director and Office Manager of Ross Bindon Ltd, responsible for all aspects of administration, health and safety, accounts and general office procedures within the company. Mark and Gavin Bindon Mark and Gavin are Company Directors who share responsibility for all aspects of Bindon Construction. Their primary focus is to ensure all contracts are run efficiently and in a professional manner. Both are qualified in Advanced Trade Carpentry, Their high standards of workmanship are passed onto all employees and subcontractors, demonstrating their commitment both to Ross Bindon Ltd and the building industry. Grant Bindon Grant is a Company Director, with NZCD Arch. And is a member of Architectural Designers New Zealand. His key responsibilities include the Ross Bindon Ltd Architectural Division, where he oversees all aspects of design and documentation produced by the company. Grant also blends his leadership skills working as part of the Project Management team on various projects. Steve Davies Steve is a full time Quantity Surveyor who is an integral part of our management team. His role provides support for Mark and Gavin and gloves nicely with the Design team in feasibilities and takeoffs. Steve has had significant experience in the Construction Industry, a native of Wales, his work ethic and innovative approach to construction and design has been a huge success for the company. Richard Burn Richard is our longest serving Site Supervisor, a big key to the success of the business, he prides himself on achieving a cohesive and friendly work environment that makes work a great place to be. Richard delivers an impeccable standard and sets a great example for our staff and subcontractors. With a ‘Can Do’ attitude and willingness to get the job done, together with his ability to deliver high quality projects it is understandable that our clients are always very impressed with Richard. Neil Rickit Neil joined the team in 2005 after a long history of project management with other large construction companies. He has a wealth of construction experience and has established a reputation for delivering jobs on time and on budget. Continuing our company’s high standard of workmanship and quality is paramount in our selection of site supervisors and Neil is no exception. His technical ability and management skills integrate well with Ross Bindon Ltd’s business philosophy.
