With wide expansive views of the valley below this concept evolved from the site and its locality. The client wanted a simple, user friendly - contemporary home. The end result was a two storey split level home with a roof that soared from the top of the hill encapsulating the view below. The large deck with the seamless glass balustrading encouraged the feeling of space and the ever popular indoor/outdoor flow. The dwelling was clad in timber weather boards, powdercoated aluminium joinery and large soffits capped with a two part skillion corrugated coloursteel roof over the main building and bending back around the hill into the garage and games room over.
