This two storey 4 x bedroom dwelling is of a typical design in nature. The client had a 500m2 cross leased site with which to build. The challenge was working within the strict guidelines of the District Plan to deliver a building that was suitable to the clients needs. Brick and Tile was chosen along with a weatherboard second storey to add aesthetic value. The interior has been finished with a neutral combination and the latest in modern design trends. Architectural features within the home make it distinctly fresh and distinctive as a Bindon Architecurally Designed Home.
