The outcome resulted in a user friendly bach that incorporated many of the latest trends in modern design and easy living. The south facing living room captures the magnificent view that stretches out into the Hauraki Gulf while still capturing a large degree of summer and winter sun. The three bedrooms and games area, all oriented towards north exclude themselves from the main living areas and blend nicely into serenity of the surrounding bush landscape. Sun-filled decks provide plenty of room for indoor/outdoor entertaining and a large garage provides storage for both the boat and that old kiwi favourite - the massey ferguson tractor. This project is currently in the consent processing stage.
