The brief for this design was to create an extension to the existing home that would look like it was always there. A large set of bifold doors was incorporated to create indoor /outdoor flow from the kitchen to the new lap pool. The gardens around the development were meticulously planned and groomed to provide serenity in this urban setting. A larger, encouraging entry was created with a pergola structure sweeping over the tiled entry creating a focal point for the approaching guest.
