Design Brief was to demolish the extisting LIbrary and reconstruct  a much needed new Library, ICT Suite and Performing Arts building. It has all the latest acoustic technology input and the Architecture is in keeping with the style of the state school concept. NewTimber joinery and weatherboards were run to match the existing. The challenge of construction came in the location of the development. The project was in the very heart of the school. Everything had an issue. With the Health and Safety of the school attendees so important, Bindon Construction had to find a way of working around children with little or no interruption, to either party. The final product was, without exception an excellent blend of teamwork with both the client and construction working together to achieve something special. 

The project consisted of  a New Library/ICT Suite/Teachers resource room /Caretakers workshop and additional school storage space.
