The construction brief was too build a monopitch indoor performing arts arena in an existing courtyard between several classrooms. Upgrade an extg Admin block and create a new Sick Bay and Rest area.  Construction was steel framed portal and girts over the existing, and provide new level timber floor suitable for a building of this nature.

Work also began on adjacent classroom to provide additional accommodation or the ever expanding school role. The brief was to build a sound quality building on a limited budget. Various materials were used to acheive the desired result without comprimising on the standard of workmanship and finish product.
